(Beta version - testing and troubleshooting phase)
Jonathan Beyrak Lev, one of our pioneering storyworld authors, developed this extensive set of reference documents during our software development period, to help him wrap his head around Storytronics. We found it useful, and thought you might, too.
It is organized into four sections, each accessible from the menu above:
- SWAT User Guide (coming soon) - An annotated series of screenshots of the different SWAT editing screens, with brief descriptions of what is where and how to use it.
- Storyworld Components
- Information on the elements that make up a storyworld -- Actors, Stages, Props, etc., and how they work.
- The Drama Cycle
- How the Storyengine orchestrates the running of a storyworld.
- Scripting
- Some basics on the scripting language, Sappho, and how to use it.
